Our school and the English curriculum we offer is affiliated with the nationally accredited research centre called ‘The Centre for Literacy in Primary Education’.

This website has links to a huge number of quality books. The book lists include culturally diverse books and a range of classic and modern literature.  New titles are added termly.

We also work with ‘The Book Trust’ which also has an excellent selection and they can be searched by topic or reader interest.  

Saint Patrick’s are proud to offer our children a wide range of diverse texts on a range of topic both fiction and non-fiction  in our class libraries. We also have an extensive selection of culturally diverse accredited non-fiction books in our school library.

Children in Key Stage 2 also visit the local library in Corsham as part of their English curriculum provision. Books can be ordered from The Corsham Campus library and is free for your child to join.
